Remember to top up before running out of data
You can pay to add more data to your existing trial eSIM or or get a new eSIM if you're going to a different destination. Simply open the Nomad App and top-up your trial eSIM from the 'Manage' page.
Note, eSIMs cannot be topped up after they have expired. If your trial eSIM has expired, not to worry, simply buy a new eSIM from our app.

I paid a very reasonable price for 15gb of data, the only caveat is to make sure you buy enough for the whole duration of your trip as you wont be able to top up once in mainland China but 15gb was more than enough for the week I spent there. As always, installing an eSIM may be a hustle but tbh this is due to the phones OS and the installation regularly works out really well with nomad.
