Fixing Payment Failures

Payment failures can occur for various reasons, including suspected fraudulent activity, insufficient account balance, incorrect billing information, or bank-specific restrictions. Banks may block transactions they suspect to be fraudulent, especially for international purchases or unusual spending patterns. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction if needed.

If your payment method is not working, consider using alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Ensure your card is enabled for international transactions.

If you’re having continued problems with multiple payment methods or if your account is wrongly blocked, follow these troubleshooting steps

  1. Verify your payment details, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.

  2. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction or clarify any restrictions.

  3. Use alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

  4. Wait 24 hours if your account is temporarily blocked before trying again.

  5. Check for regional restrictions and ask someone outside the region to complete the purchase if necessary.
